Waseem Akram may be the best left handed fast bowler ever played cricket but his right hand is equally as crooked. His personality and ability is more suitable as a consultant but not as a full time coach...........in fact that would be true for Ganguly as well. When it comes to South Asian coaches, professionalism is not on the cards. And to maintain such a young group of players with limited talent like ours, we need a coach who is thoroughly professional and hard working as well as high on ethics.
