As a next head coach we need a person with skill-set of both. Or atleast we need a head-coach like haturu (and unlike Siddon) matched with two good specialized coach.

Otherwise we will go one step forward and two step backward... and not learning anything from history.

Team discipline was lost during Hathuru's last year. Senior players most likely resented him and eventually lost trust. This is the single best explanation for Shakib's sabbatical and Mushfiq's bizarre remarks during SA tour.
