When Jamie Siddons tried to bring in stronger discipline, some senior players ran to the committee/president and complained they were being worked too hard.
Until and unless that sort of thing stops, nothing will really change. You have to understand why you need to work hard to compete with the Top 8 teams. To be honest, if that has to be even pointed out, you have lost the battle.
This is what REALLY stops BD cricket progressing - desire - and not just talking about it.
