Alok is a batsman full of talent...but unluckily he never did justice to his talent in intl matches(except that 89 against WI,and i have seen very few better ones from that played by our lads. Actually the whole series he played superbly). He needs to be much more consistent and mentally strong. His problem is all psychological.
