Complacency Razzaks biggest issue. And also thinks, the place in the team is his.

31 years old, over 150 ODI's. Yet sometimes the way he keeps bowling short and wide in critical situations you gotta question his thinking and commitment. And its one thing if you are hit, and then you try to adjust. Razzak will repeat the same mistake yet again, sometimes even in the next delivery. Its as if he doesnt care. Another way to judge his intelligence is how he bats. He's no better than a number 11 despite his capability, and will somehow find a way to throw his wicket.

He needs to be shown the door if he doesnt improve. You cant live off your past achievements. This team must have eleven individuals with their heads tuned towards one direction. There musnt be anyone who would pull the team back. If someone has a weakness or deficiency, he must be able to work hard to minimize impact of that, and contribute in other areas. Razzak lets the team down in all three departments.

Really hope he gets back to reality. Him in form will certainly take some weight off Shakib.
