i think the reason i compared him is evident in the post...anyway i'm not saying he doesn't want to be a great because he doesn't have tons, i'm saying if he converted more then he could end up with his name up there like those players. just beecause a player is an all rounder doesn't mean you have to say well they don't need to score tons because they aren't a specialist bat.

shakib doesn't play the genuine all rounder role for BD, he plays as a specialist bat (which he's more than capable of doing) and as a specialist bowler, yes he's an all rounder but his talent and quality is far greater than your average all rounder, he has much more influence and impact on the teams performance than the general all rounder because he has more responsibility with both bat and ball combined than the average all rounder.

i think he is capable of more, nothing wrong with wanting him to be the best he can be.
