I don't know about Sharif but Masrafee should be fit by May (which is more than 6 months after his injury). If he is not playing in the windies tour (a big question mark), he could slowly warm up with a couple of games in the Asia cup.
I would go slow before the ICC championship as definetely I want to see him in that tour.
