Younger players have started playing Twenty 20 cricket now a days.

This has to change. Nobody should be allowed to play Twenty 20 cricket until somebody's above 25 years of age. The reason is obvious - we're failing in 50 overs and 20 overs cricket - so what's the point in introducing 20 overs cricket to youngsters?

On Contrary, our school level players normally play picnic type cricket in limited over championship. I am not sure what the length of the matches in school level these days is. But I am sure it's not more than 40 overs. How can we expect that they would master the art of playing long innings? No Harry Potter is there for them to cast magic I think. Is there any?
