A Pacer Generate his/her Pace from
1. His/Her Wing Muscle (Jointing Point of Backbone and Arm).
2. Suitable Action.
3. Style of Gym
4. Food Habit

If Rassel Wants to Increase Pace He needs to Concentrate on Those Area. He Needs to be Taken Care Properly. He Need a Standard Bowling Coach. Unfortunately Bangladesh Do Not Have That Kind of Coach Yet. Hope In Near Future We Will Have. Rassel Can be Trained under The Supervision of National Team Coach or Physio. But Do They Have That Time?

Tapash is Ahead because of His Experience and Sharif is Ahead Because of His Pace. Rassel will Be Better one than Both of Them, if He Can Generate More Pace.

There are Some Pacer Whose Pace Increased According to Age (Ajit Agarkar of India). Anyone can Take the Exampl of Irfan Pathan but That is Because of a Wrong Treatment of Management. They Bound Irfan Pathan to Concentrate on Batting. To Continue with Enough Speed A Bowler Must Need to Work Hard. It is Not Easy for Shoib Akhtar or Brett Lee to Continue with That Pace. Shoib is Not Fit Enough, Thats Why he Become Injured Maximum Time. Brett Lee is an Australian Bowler, So He is Bound to Be Fit. That is One of The Difference in Pakistani Managment and Australian Management.

When You Start at 17-18 Years Your Pace is Lower and A Pacer Generate Maximum of His Pace in the Age of 25-30. Mashrafee and Shahdat will be More Quick When They will be in the Age of 25-30 and When They will be More Experienced. It Goes for Tapash, Sharif, Nazmul, Talha too.

Have a Nice Time.
