hey guys, this is my 1st post, dont no why its taken so long!!! ive read with interest about gaining pace by going to the gym. i can say that it is achievable. a couple of years ago i was proberly bowling 60mph, nowt specail. but then went to a gym and i can clock a quicker speed than rasel if i push myself, and consistanly bowl 70mph, quick for 18 yrs old!!
personally im happy tapash is back, i saw him when bangladesh came to england and he has an excellent slower ball and bowls quite fast.
