Absolutely. Our problem has always been that every time we see someone doing good we make them play all the formats without knowing whether they can adjust in all the formats or not. I think this is what happened to soumya, mustafiz and Taskin. They were doing good in limited overs cricket but chosen to play test matches too early without real exposure in first class cricket.
