Dubai, is a clear cut example, as one of my muslim friends puts it: "The Middle Eastern version of Las Vegas".
Saudi Arabia:
with all the people attending hajj and all the extra goodies(cash) the saudi gov't makes, The Saudi prince is the richest son in the world!
