Am not crying neither do I praise mediocrity like you.....it's because of these kind of attitude players are allowed to feel laidback, chilled, when a lot of work is to be done...that is the reason why guys like Shane Jurgensen was fired.....continue praising mediocrity, and that's what you get.....
