Which club in BD has any development programme? Answer- no club apart from BKSP which is not a club as you already know. And facilities? Again, no club has facilities even close to what the national team have. Abahani & Mohammedan have a lot of money & nothing more. They need to spend money on improving facilities before developing the young talents.
