Default Acts(strange or otherwise) that you believe are unique to you

-Never used a school/public/work toilet to do a number 2(I'll be turning 30 in a few months, so it's a long time)

-if I get overtaken on the road, I take it as a challenge and an affront to my manhood and try my best to retake the 'lead'. This has led me into situations where I've exited off a freeway to prove my point, before rejoining the freeway to continue my journey.

It's been an absolute nightmare for me in Bangladesh

-I dont get into elevators if the number of passengers is odd

-Gotten into unsustainable marriages, no HIDDEN red flags before the doomed unions, after dumping women who were actually good for me.

-Deliberately walked away from a lot of money just to do the right thing, and never regretted it even when things got tough.

-Walked away from full academic and sports scholarships to work crap jobs before battling my way back and paying my own way through school and grad school, when financing was available from my family.

-Got assaulted by someone I can easily handle but didn't fight back just to keep a promise to someone.

-Rode (camels, horses, Kawasaki and Land Rover) across Southern Morocco and Mali following Gnawa and Sufi musicians and Maliki scholars.

-Lived in remote Bagerhat and Borguna for 2 years to get in touch with my Bangladeshi roots.

Did that, well only in Southern Morocco. I lived in Morocco for 1.5 years. I really enjoyed Gnawa music while I was there...

I am humbled by this and remain in awe...
You reminded me of this:
"I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived. I did not wish to live what was not life, living is so dear; nor did I wish to practise resignation, unless it was quite necessary. I wanted to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life, to live so sturdily and Spartan-like as to put to rout all that was not life, to cut a broad swath and shave close, to drive life into a corner, and reduce it to its lowest terms, and, if it proved to be mean, why then to get the whole and genuine meanness of it, and publish its meanness to the world; or if it were sublime, to know it by experience, and be able to give a true account of it in my next excursion. For most men, it appears to me, are in a strange uncertainty about it, whether it is of the devil or of God, and have somewhat hastily concluded that it is the chief end of man here to "glorify God and enjoy him forever." - On Walden Pond

I had seen this put in another way by Wayne Dyer which had been imprinted on my soul -
"I moved to the forest to live life deliberately, to suck the very marrow out of life, so that when I die - I can say "I have lived."
-Wisdom of the Ages

You have lived brother.

That doesn't sound unique. Keeping tap water on while playing a guitar left handed might be.

I am a chocoholic. So, whenever i go to supermarkets, i never forget to buy chocolates. There were some incidences where i forgot to buy rice, eggs, milk (for which i actually went there) and got back home buying only chocolates.

Depends on your definition of being one I suppose.

I always have a can of ultra strong mints handy for that same feeling all day. If you ever find me without my mints, it may mean that I have sold my soul to BNP/Jamaat/Republican Party/Salafism or the Devil

Well I'm a hygiene freak,so if people (guests) use my toilet , before me, I have to drench it with harpic before I use it. Same goes for my shower. When I'm using coloured pens/pencils/highlighters, they have to be placed from darkest to lightest however,as I'm colour blind, its fustrating when I have 2 colours which look exactly the same & I don't know where to place them. - when I'm putti.g on nail polish, I always start applying on my thumb of my left hand, otherwise it doesn't feel right - I always make sure the TV volume is placed on an even number. - when I'm in the shower, or planning what I'm going to wear to uni the next day, I always place my clothes in the order that I will wear them. This also applies to things in my bag. I place my books in the order that I will have my classes forthat day. Yeah...I'm gonna stop here. Let's just come to the conclusion that I have OCD! -_-

I'm so lazy and demotivated (unless of course it's the day before my exam!) that every time my dad gives me some work to do, this is what I do: Do his work for 10 mins, do some fun work for the next 10 mins, do his work for 10 mins, do some fun work... and it goes on and on!

- I can bend my eye lashes and put them in between my eye and eyelids without touching them. I can take them out without touching them as well.

- I have over 250 Masud Rana collection (not e-books, but actual book) in USA (I believe this is the biggest personal collection in USA).

- I bought a brand new car as my first car with my own money (I think this is unique for an immigrant).

- I once split-ed a "top" into two halves by shooting another top on it in one shot.

^Awesome. I honestly thought I was the only one. Now, that's what happens when you're just 1 of 160 million. Simply too freakin' huge a sample size.
