Can McCullum be a better captain for NZ?
In fact is leadership in KKR wasn't that great, but national team can be a different story though.....lets see

Brendon McCullum has been appointed New Zealand's captain in all three formats after Ross Taylor declined an offer to stay on as leader of the Test side in a split-captaincy scenario. Taylor has also chosen to make himself unavailable for the upcoming tour of South Africa, although New Zealand are hopeful he will be back in the side for the home series against England early next year.

Not the most consistent of batsmen out there, though amazingly talented. Not sure where he will take NZ cricket but well they could only go up hopefully.

Buchanan comes in (as director of NZ cricket), John Wright leaves, and now Taylor is forced out to make McCullam captain! I see the repeat of the mess he (Buchanan) made with KKR.

I guess so.... he seems to be rather weird than being different in his cricketing strategies..... He was so lucky to have a great Aus team as the coach, that he just had to sit quiet and watch them win... The time when he was needed to do something...he failed. Our ex JS also belongs to the same school of thought. He is probably going to destroy NZ cricket... JS might just have a small hand in that as a coach of the club side...

Moron administration, there was nothing wrong with Taylor.

NZC is a basically the equivalent of a large pile of **** right now. When Taylor drops out due to a lack of coaching support, in favor of an ordinary cricketer like Kolom, you know there's some major issues.
