The same thing is going on as what has been going on for the last 10 years and will go on for the next 10 atleast.
JS is just a piece of $hit, I knew from the beginning, anyways, he will be sacked soon, and another piece of $hit will come, BD wont improve, something is always the problem and if thats solved, some other problems arise. May it be the coach, the players or the management.

1) Have we ever scored two centuries in any one innings?
2) Have we ever scored two centuries in a test?
3) Have we ever four half centuries in one innings?
Case closed,

I have complete faith in players' potentials; but the problem is the way they are used. It looks pretty ugly at times and the players often face the music; but we need to find the root of promising players getting destroyed.
As much as I do not want to see Ashraful in the team, I must admit that capabilitywise he is one of the very best batsmen in the world, Shakib's being the no. 1 allrounder is not a fluke. We need to find the reason why these guys are playing like stupids.
The management should look at WI to learn what not to do.

How come we did not see this kind of repeatitive collapse in Abahani, Mohammedan lineup? I mean these 2 teams contains pretty much national lineup right? Tamim, Imrul, Ash, Aftab, Shakib, Riyad etc. Understood one is international and one is domestic. But after such an embarrasing collapse, you wont see such a relaxed atmosphere in the dressing room....
If it was a team Abahani or Mohammedan, they would do much better than this mismanaged national team, in this situation. Mismanagemnt started from pathetic BCB, who sent these players without any breaks and did not allow them enough time to recover from long flights...not a single practice match was organized.
I dont think BCB is organized and capable enough to manage a professional international team. So many times BCB paid huge sums in penalty to other boards (NZ comes in mind: several milllions were paid for missing an ODI series) for various reasons....ask them to see of they can get all their money back from Nimbus and so on...never gonna happen....
