i believe the fielding was good, except for mushfiqur's keeping.

bowling was fine too.

batting was bad.

i don't think all players need to be kicked out. we need a good number 3 batsman, who can hit and stay in the crease at the same time.

Cause...

He is publicly self proclaimed lazy guy. He revealed in an interview that he doesn't like to work hard. (should he be included for international match after this?)
He decided only Twenty20 for his livelihood as he thinks he can score boundary after boundary and up to 25-30 score with 100+ SR is good/enough for cricket.
He got more than enough chances but yet failed to perform as strongly as Imrul/Zunaed/Mahmudullah/Naeem to prove a strong point for his existence in an international side.
He may know how to play classic shot but we need to ensure 250+ score not just 220. and BD batting line up without Aftab Ahmed did it consecutively ...scoring 240/250.
even Imrul got a century !! we need player capable of scoring big not just 18 with outstanding SR

No aftab in tests, in an ODI his quickfire 20-30 may be useful, but in test that will be worthless[that too, if he scores 30] he needs to change his game, and play more imrul-like innings.

I don't think that all the players should be kicked out because there certainly are good players in the Bangladesh team like TAMIM, SHAKIB (even tough he is not batting well, he is bowling well at least), MAHMUDULLAH, NAEEM etc etc.

I am not defending the players and also pissed off with the loosing streak....but the problem with the fans...they all have the solution--"Kick Mrx Out of the team".......

I suppose all the ppl who gave hose suggestion can go score some century and bowl and get 5/6 wicket individually

Dude, solidity is an abstract and useless Idea. Many 30+ averaging players seldom look solid. IOn the other hand Ash almost always looks solid until he pulls another brainless act. Don't you wish him to look uglier, shakier and sore more? Just look at last match. He looked shaky but crossed 30 in eons.

Dropping all of them is unwise, but players like ashraful and aftab should never play for us again. They have good skills, but when it comes to actually using those skills they can't do it. BD is the weakest test nation, we cannot play guys like ash on our matches, relying them to win us games, we need hard workers, players that are determined to improve their game and do their best for their country.
