I don't want a captain who thinks "3-2". That's a C grade. We all know, you get As when you shot for A++, you aim for C, you get Fs.

I don't want a captain who can't bowl in the death overs. That's not leading from the front.

I don't want a captain who is most likely to leave us again with an injury, and put Shakib in a mess.
