well the best cartoons are the ones geared towards adults i.e. simpsons, family guy, south park, king of the hill, futurama, american dad, the cleveland show. there are some really good kids cartoons from way back when but they're not so fun when you're older, shows like hey arnold, rocko's modern life, rugrats, rocket power, the weekenders, the animals of farthingwood, recess etc. avatar the last airbender is a decent show but i've seen each episode so many times it's become quite boring, hopefully the movie wil be good.

Oh yeah! The Nickelodeon cartoons. I used to loved them especially Rugrats and Hey Arnold! and to a lesser extent CatDog and The Wild Thornberries.

Some additions to my list I forgot to include last time:

Sita Sings the Blues
(USA): Amazing independent movie by Nina Paley, interspersing an adaptation of the Ramayan that is particularly sympathetic towards Sita, with a contemporary parallel from Nina's own life, backed up by the beautiful jazz vocals of Annette Hanshaw from the 1920s. Licensed under Creative Commons, and available for free download. For adults, simply because I don't think most kids would appreciate it.
Les Triplettes de Belleville (The Triplets of Belleville)
(France, Belgium, Canada): Indescribable masterpiece about an old lady, her melancholy grandson who grow up to become a champion cyclist, and the Belleville triplets, music hall singers from the 1930s.
What's Opera, Doc?
Warner Bros.(USA): Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd, in perhaps the best short (running time 6 minutes 49 seconds) animated movie ever made, parodying Wagner's operas and overwrought music (which, mind you, I am partial to), their competitor Disney's Fantasia, and contemporary ballet.

Perfect match. Bahadur's wife was a hottie. Asterix, Hada Bhoda, Nonte Fonte, Chacha Chowdhury, Batul da great, Archies, Gobots, Thundercats, X-Men,GI JOE, Liberty's sth., then the league where different universe mesh with Phantom, Mandrake, etc. Aditya and almost all of Indrojal comics's character.
