I am not supporting one bowler over another, I am just saying how its seems like.

so indirectly u r saying there isn't..so we cant drop shahadat...anyway i do agree many of his wickets are lucky..but still he gets wickets and that what matters..he has 4 5fers in test...Even our best 1st bowler ever Mash dont have one...only other Pacer who has a 5 fer is rubel who took 5 wickets for over 100 runs in NZ..where 1st bowler gets help from the conditions..Sahadat on the other hand has taken 5 fers 3 times in Dead pitches in BD...one 6fer vs SA who plays pace really well

Shahadat is still our very best test bowler. He leaks runs but takes wickets. I donno why you don't appreciate Shahadat but everyone know the fact that Shahadat is really good when it comes to bowling with the red ball.

জামালউদ্দিন শাহিন

কেউ ডাকছেন ‘এই ক্যাঙারু’, কেউ বলছেন ‘খরগোশ’, কেউবা ‘সজারুউউউ...’। তিনি একটুও বিরক্ত নন, বরং মজাই পাচ্ছেন। সবার দিকে হাসিমুখে তাকিয়ে হাত তুলছেন। কেউ বা ছুটে এসে হাত মেলাচ্ছেন । যেখানে যাচ্ছেন, পেছনে এক দল ছেলে, যেন তিনি হ্যামিলনের বাঁশিওয়ালা। সবাইকে টানছে তাঁর বেশভূষা। মাথার ক্যাপে বাংলাদেশের পতাকার রঙে অদ্ভুত দর্শন চুল। গায়ে পতাকায় জড়িয়ে রাখা বাংলাদেশের জার্সি, কাঁধে একটা লাল-সবুজ ঝোলা।

নামটা জার্সির পেছনেই লেখা, শাহিন। পুরো নাম জামালউদ্দিন শাহিন, ঢাকার নর্দার্ন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে বিবিএ পড়ছেন। ঢাকা থেকেই এসেছেন খেলা দেখতে, আসেন নিয়মিতই। শাহিনের কথা মানলে তিনি তো বাংলাদেশের সমর্থক নম্বর ওয়ান! গত তিন বছরে দেশের মাটিতে বাংলাদেশের সব ম্যাচই মাঠে বসে দেখেছেন। প্রমাণ, কাঁধের ঝোলায় থাকা একগাদা টিকিট। ঢাকা-চট্টগ্রামে নিয়মিত খেলা দেখা অনেক খরচের ব্যাপার, অনেক কষ্টে হাতখরচ বাঁচিয়ে টাকা জমান। আত্মীয়স্বজনের কাছ থেকেও কিছু নেন।

তামিম-সাকিবদের এই যুগে তাঁর প্রিয় ব্যাটসম্যান রাজিন সালেহ, কারণ, ‘যারা ঠান্ডা মাথায় খেলে তাদেরই আমার বেশি পছন্দ।’ ঠিক করেছেন পড়াশোনা শেষে চাকরি করবেন না। ব্যবসা করবেন আর খেলা দেখে বেড়াবেন। পরিবারের সবাই মানবে? ‘না মানলে নাই, সবাই জানে আমি আমার মতোই থাকব।’
