Rubel is a good bowler, but he has a lot to learn. BCB's number one choice is Shafiul. Imo it should be Nazmul. We should build the pace attack around him like Sri Lanka has built it around Kulasekera, and Pakistan around Gul. He may not have pace, but he is a sensible bowler. Knows his limitations, and bowls wicket to wicket. I am not saying he should be our strike bowler. For example: Malinga, Welagedera, Fernando, Prasad do more damage than Kulasekera. Rubel is a good bowler but needs to learn to pick up wickets in test matches.
If the BCB wanted to they could develop Nazmul into a Glenn McGrath type bowler.
Mashrafe is certainly a world class bowler.
The 3 pace bowlers of Bangladesh should be Mashrafe --> Rubel --> Nazmul. Its a good combination because Mashrafe is the Jimmy Anderson type bowler, Rubel would provide the speed and aggression and Nazmul would provide the line and length.
