^^ Why is that an issue? (regarding having male friends) My wife is on a girl's night out tonight. I'm happy she is having fun. All the better to try to bond with my teenage daughter. I also get to do my 'manly' stuff in my man cave. And then we have tons of fun together with out mutual friends. We are equally close to her family and mine. Mind you - hers are gun toting 6' plus big East Texans. I am
just as secure about her friends as she is with mine (includes an ex-gf). I cook 70% of the time. She cooks me deshi fish better than my mom and she does not even eat fish.

I deeply appreciate what The Foundation is doing in Bangladesh and elsewhere. Also, successfully wooing a woman like Melinda deserves credit.

That being said, he may have chosen her, but didn't his philanthropy begin after meeting her? I remember a report where he said he wasn't going to give to charity before a certain age even though he was loaded at the time, the early 1990s. That report generated considerable public opinion against him, and that at least partially contributed to his charitable works since 1994, the year he married Melinda.
