This may sound freaky, but I don't miss anything. I love the spiritual introspection to be honest. Looking forward to this Ramadan season and dramatically reducing the size of my stomach before trying to recover and replenish my health -- physical, emotional and spiritual -- afterwards.

I was going to say sth. in the same vein. I will try my hardest to stop smoking as a respect for the Holy Month and to help myself.

I can somewhat understand why water in not allowed during ramadan..but getting those dried throats and what not is really annoying. Especially if you get the hick-ups like I did once- wow, that was bad!

True. From my understanding, Quran e bola ase naki jaani na, but they say shoytan will try to demoralize you but you have to work hard to keep your faith.

Ramadan during summer months in north america is yet another challenge. Shoyta ekta duita na, lakh e lakh e rasta ghat e doura douri korey!
