Looper wasnt bad, my only concern about the movie is that if no one can be killed in future than why did they kill bruce willis's wife? Also what is the point in sending him in past to be killed when they killed his wife anyways, I mean they could have just shot him too!!
Herewego makes an interesting observation which i didn't realize before. My confusion is somehere else!
Let's say scenario one is that:
JGL kills willis from the future...closes the loop and goes on to live the next thirty years... then in that particular time-line why should there be a rain maker character? because it is scenario two where Willis survives and goes on to kill the kid's mom that eventually turns the kid into the monster called rain maker. So in scenario 1 there shouldn't be a character called Rain Maker.
Secondly as JGL develops relations with Sarah and the kid it should also affect Bruce Willis's memories, thought process and alter the future that he came from.

The first action scene is really good. After that it's load of rubbish. Didn't live up to my expectations. The meat of the chase was so poor that I found it boring to sit through the rest of the film. Don't bother going to the cinema. There's a good rip out there to download.
Jab tak Hai Jaan. I wonder how good its going to be

Got to admit though that the movies that have been released in the past 5 years have been awesome and it can only get better considering more fantastic films awaits us.

Watched it on Saturday. I rated 4.5/5 on flixster. Daniel Craig finally seems to be perfect fit in Bond. This one is much better than the earlier two.
Looking forward to Hobbit and Life of PI.

I watched it as well... terrific villain, great acting but an underwhelming plot imo. The last 30 minutes didn't make sense to me. Can't really discuss without spoiling it for the rest so i won't go into it. I would still put Casino Royal above this one
Don't watch "Flight" guys. Denzel's worst film in his career by far. The story has no pay off whatsoever, and trailer is misleading making it out to be more of a thriller than it really is.
And Simon, it wouldn't be a tragedy to miss "Sinister" either. Unless you liked "Insidious" which was the worst film I have ever seen. Real talk.
Saw this trailer in the theater the other day about the film hailed as the new "Saw". Can't remember the name, but I believe it will be good. If everything else sucks, the booby traps alone will make your tickets worthwhile.

I saw "Jab tak hai Jaan" last weekend. I honestly enjoyed it a lot. I'm a big SRK fan so I may be a bit biased, but the storyline was interesting enough that the movie didn't seem to drag on, as do most hindi movies seem to do for me at least. Songs were good and Katrina is really freaking hot.

I would rate casino royal above this as well. This one was an 'ok' movie... but in no way justifies the high rotten tomatoe ratings.
The middle part seemed like a drag, or maybe i am just tired of watching actions in istanbul & shanghai.

I don't plan to watch it as I don't like films like that.
But I just saw that it was recently added on "let me watch this". You can watch it for free there in the "just added" section.

I wasted 3 tickets for this bogus movie. I would rather watch Jolil's Most Wanted and contribute to our economy. While Veer Zaara was a great film, this Jab Tak is a total BS. I won't watch anymore SRK movie in theater Jab Tak I have Jaan.
