Day 5 Jinx Thread
5 days ago or so, my fb status read something along the lines of "I have a feeling 12 years of heartaches are about to come to an end." Prothom jinx.
So here's how I think it will go down.
WI at an effective 215-6...Shivelton comes to the crease with a squirt bottle of ORS taped to inside of his pocket. He looks like bowling him is only a matter of time as he always does, but he's as rocksteady as ever. But wickets continue to tumble at regular intervals.
In the end, Chanders will be left stranded on 22* and WI will be bowled out with the lead at 258.
Bangladesh to chase it down with 30 minutes left in the days play...260-6 and Nasir hits the winning runs!
Like I said, you heard it here first.

We got this one in the bag.
Someone please stop our winning monopoly.
We are #1 are we know it.
We are not India.

Sorry guys but I've got a feeling Chanders will save Windies. Sammy will score quickly and so will Narine. They'll take the lead to 340. Narine will destroy the Bangladesh lineup and take a 5-fer. Permaul grabs 3. Sammy and Rampaul 1 each. Bangladesh bowled out for 160. Bangladesh fans ruing another missed chance.

Happy with the outcome of the jinx now ... I think we fans also became too complacent and thought it would just be a walk in the park...
