Why not a triple century?

Our batting strength has improved with mominul coming into the squad, I expect to see more consistent scoring from all batsmen now.

of course anamul to, i didn't say his name because he scored the ton so there's no question he's strengthened the squad.

Nah that too much and impossible.
The pattern of all newcomers reminds me that time of shakib, tamim and mushfiq when they joined the team, one after another surprise, raise up expectations
Same way, sohag, abul's century, anamul , so mominul is left behind and this kid is kind of extra ordinary like anamul too, so i am hoping he will get half century at least.

He's fighting with Naeem for the last remaining spot in the batting lineup. I hope he can get big scores in the remaining matches and nail his place in the team. Sohag and Anamul have already done that.

What do you mean... if Mominul has strengthened the batting line up, he should score and show the strength....well he wasn't that bad in his first match, but he hasn't yet been in a testing situation...
You expect all the others to score more consistently because Mominul is in the team...?? ...

anamul and mominul i guess you would say have plugged a couple of gaps, yes true they have to prove it long term but anamul is on his way and for the situation mominul was in he did well. i think these 2 are going to be consistent and tamim, shakib and nasir are already consistent and mushy especially in tests is consistent. obviously we'll have to wait and see but i'm confident that these 2 will be consistent and that will give the confidence and the strength to the others to also be consistent. what i was meaning is that i believe the batting as a unit will score better more regularly.

Do you realize that he is 21? last time he played a U19 match was 2010.
Do you meant to say about his 152 for BD A vs WI? where he had massive p'ship with Nasir?

Same with Anamul's with the no-ball catch.

If he performs, he should replace Naeem when Shakib is back. Clearly, he has the natural talent. But, we have seen many times that natural talent alone does not make someone a winner.

I think the answer is simple.... nayeem is more suited to test given his grit and lack of ability to play attacking shots of short pitch bowling...while Momin is better in ODI's
Momin is a good timer of the cricket ball, can score runs quickly and play short ball better than most bd batsman...

I was pretty impressed with the amount of turn he generated with the ball. His lower order batting sort of reminds me of Shakib in his first couple of years !
