the last exorcism is separate to the exorcist series (the exorcist, the exorcist II: the heretic, the exorcist III, exorcist: the beginning and dominion: prequel to the exorcist) it's still a good movie though imo. yeah paranormal activity if you watch by yourself is creeping, actually i thought the 3rd one was the creepiest. the elm street series is good but be warned the last couple aren't particularly good.

Silver linings Playbook dekhlam. Absolutely loved it.
However i thought Bradley Cooper did a better acting job than Jennifer Lawrence.
Ps Jennifer Lawrence looks stunning in this movie

Rush: Beyond the Lighted Stage (IMDB| Rotten Tomatoes)

What a genuinely lovely piece about the bands profile. Even if you don't listen to Rush, you will be amazed by this film.

for some unknown reason i didnot like this movie that much.. It was good but not great..
Btw.. Today i watched Ruby Sparks.. Loved it very much..

Just watched it for the first time now. Did not find it racist so much... but then the whole enterprise is based on profiling anyway. Cant fault them for it, because face it, the whole terrorism business is monopolised by crazy ragheads anyway.

They tortured my namesake, so now I'm worried some douche who has to do a background check on me is gonna put me in a red list coz he watched some guy with my name in ZD30. (I'm anticipating at least 2 intelligence organisations who're doing this right now).

Fact of the matter is the film is fictionalised greatly, but it kept me gripped and held my attention for the entire while. But the main story is on the intelligence agency at play here. This isnt Jason Bourne, this isnt James Bond. If anything a more Smiley'esque analytical depiction wouldve been more accurate, but that'd be hard for the bums on seats.

Verdict: 8/10.

btw, Zee now that you've been obsessively poring over biographies and operational manuals and researching equipment armaments, etc... you still think your racist perception of the film is because of the film itself? If anything, now that you know about the US military personnel's overwhelming devotion to Christ & Republican conservatism, wouldnt you say the racism and Islamophobia is probably just a reflection of reality, rather than intentional storytelling? I think I can empathise with why the seals, marines, delta forces, rangers, what have yous are going to be more religiously inclined than war hawks in suits.

just saw the great and powerful oz, great movie, some might not like it but if you like the original wizard of oz i'd bet you'd like this one.

Still a professional soldier like sniper, must, probably they do (I don't know their inner intentions), is learn to separate their personal agenda from getting a job done. When I had respect for SEALs is because of their willpower to accomplish almost everything. Kyle's biography was iconoclastic in the sense he grew up with ideology of black/white in a Christian family, with which of course I don't agree.

I guess, due to nature and complexity of crime, it's impossible to separate one's personal agenda from profession, but then what do we have? Reverse fundamentalism.

This is one of the best Spanish films I have seen in recent time. Set in Southern Spain in 1920s, Blancanieves is a tribute to silent black and white films.

I watched Olympus Has Fallen this weekend. It was a bit cheesy, too cheesy infect. And I just can't get over the fact that G Butler is suppose to save America. All our heros and superheros are being outsourced.

I wanna watch The Place Beyond the Pines. Mainly because of that lead. Just look at that lead.

^^ Finished watching this a half hour ago. WTF is so big deal about it? I heard so much good crap about this. But this was ultimately a dull, straight road movie with no plot what's so ever. I kept waiting for things to happen. But nothing ever happened! And I knew she'd written that letter herself so I wasn't at all surprised by that little "dramma." This was basically a chick-flick but with football. pfft. Wasted 2 hours.
