Agree with you. Just having a good hand-eye co-ordination will not be enough when playing in conditions where there is lot of bounce and movement. Footwork is a must. Even for Shewag- how many of his double and triple centuries were scored outside subcontinent?

He's fit... for a guy at the beach. He's a stick-figure on the field. As an athlete he's gotta put on muscles.

Of course he works out. Gym work is now a part of practice for all teams. These aren't the Khaled Mahmud, Akram Khan days. Some players just take it more seriously than others.

I don't know. I wouldn't bet against guys like Riyad, Rubel, Mushy. They take their fitness pretty seriously.

on a serious note this isn't the original six pack, this is just what we get if we are young and slim and obviously hard working/ do regular sports.

was the first comment a joke?

Getting an 8 pack isnt a piece of cake, only a handful of people have 8 packs. going from 4 packs to 6 is easy, going 8 packs is really really hard

why would it be a joke. If you saw Robiul bowl 100 overs then you would know how fit he is.

So, 8 Packs = Fittest. LOL

It's not a 'more the merrier' kinda thing. It's genetic.
