BCCI is looking for a back up option to replace SA series by involving Sri Lanka and Pakistan in a tri series. Why can't BCB lobby and get our team involved? It would have been wonderful to play ODIs in India. The sight of Mushy hitting those sixes off Indian bowlers in the Asia Cup still brings joy.

They will never do it ... BCB will also not do it... They can use the money for their pleasures who cares about cricket improvement...

No offense, but the BD women's team is full of weaklings. They have no power in their shots and hence they fail to score big runs.

Women from India/Aus/NZ are much stronger

Gopal's maxim: Any saying that begins with "No offense" is bound to be offensive.

Not really happy if IPL comes to Bangladesh, I mean we already have BPL, what I'm worried about is IPL will bring match/spot fixers with them & also all those half naked cheer leaders, I'm no saint but our culture is already influenced enough by Bollywood culture.
Our doors were/are always open for them whenever they want but they are yet to agree inviting us for a home series.
I don't like this one sided affaire.

As if we don't have any spot/match fixers ourselves.

I was thinking the same thing, but I realized it could just be the conditions plus superior bowling, perhaps they are struggling connect bat to ball? I seriously doubt there is that much difference in power between the women. Look no further than the mens team, they sometimes bat as if there are demons in the pitch only to see the opposition blasting away our bowlers to every corner of the field.

Do you guys think our current team can beat Zimbabwe of the late 90's in a test/ODI series at home? Or are we still not up to their level yet?

no way close, their team had a very good fast bowler and some decent ones to cover him, we still dont have one, the one we had was taken away from us with injuries. Moreover 90s zim team had one batsman with avg 50 and couple more with 40, we still dont have one with avg 40. only thing we are ahead is in spin department, but even with that and rank turners prepared for our spinners we couldn't have kept A.Flower down
