F for coaching staff will be harsh. If Heath Streak's job was to look after only pacers then he did a tremendous job. Mash seemed confident and bowled amazing opening spells and AlAmin was great as well. Streak's effort will bring the grade higher to maybe a C

Coaching staff grading is an overall grading. Al-Amin's bowling action. Mash occasionally losing it. Radarless Taskin. I haven't said anything about spinners and that is also included under the bowling coach or coaching staff. Failure to capitalize from 35/5 reflects weak laid back coaching method. There should have been intentional water break with love letters from the coach to the captain or the bowlers. Ultimately we measure coaching staff's performance via wins and losses. Whatever it takes to motivate, concentrate, inspire the players so that they can taste the sweetness of victory.

Do you follow College Football/Basketball, NFL, or NBA religiously? You would know how professional coaches work with their players.

Bangladesh- Only cricketing nation, heck only country in the world, that will play squad half full of out-of-form players consistently in the hopes that they will suddenly gain their form back, at the expense of national pride and constant humiliation in front of the world. Akram and co. are probably jumping up and down with joy after Tamim scored a 50 and will tell everyone he's back in form. Riyad, will now be able to justify his spot on the team since he bowls better than our specialist spinners Gazi and Razzak and probably the best spinner in our current squad (I want to cry at that). At least half the players in our current squad has been getting F's the last few series, yet still in the team

Batting:

Tamim: B. Even though he failed to convert his starts in to bigger scores, he's still proving why he's still the best top order batsman in the country. He can at least play against international level bowlers unlike anyone else not named Anamul.

Anamul: B. Still has obvious footwork issues which needs to be rectified but unlike the other top order batsmen we've tried, he's willing to put a price on his wicket. Also has 3 centuries already to his name after only 22 ODI's and is on track to becoming our top century scorer in ODI's.

Mushfiq: B. Probably the most reliable batsman in our team. A bit disappointed the way he got out the first 2 matches in crucial situations. If he wants to get respect from his batting, he needs to start performing better in crucial situations.

Nasir: C-/D+. Probably the most peculiar player in the team. He was slowly becoming our most reliable batsman and now he could be on his way out. Very tough to say what we should do with him and the selectors will have to think about it. At the end of the day, he hasn't scored a half century in his last 14 innings in ODI's. That alone should have him under pressure for his spot.

Mahmudullah: D. After all thes years, he still remains a player trying to make a name for himself. 105 ODI's and just 9 half centuries. Bowling has kept him in the team but as an allrounder, his job is to bowl AND bat. Is his bowling enough to keep him in the team?

Mominul: C. After cries to get him in, he disappointed in his only chance. Despite his heroics so far in Tests, is it enough to keep him in ODI's? Right now I'd say yes but time for him to start scoring runs in ODI's.

Shamsur: F. Wasted a great oppurtunity to show he deserves a chance at 3 or at least be the top backup as a top order batsman. That said 10 ODI's is not a whole lot to go on and with the lack of options he might be able to continue but is going to have to perform soon.

Imrul: F. Also wasted yet another opportunity. Showed after all these years he's just a below average international batsman. It's time that the likes of Shadman Islam and Liton Das start getting fast tracked and being ahead of Imrul.

Overall synopsis: Going in to the WC, we have a lot more questions than answers. Tamim, Anamul, Mushy and Shakib are the only ones that have punched their tickets to Australia. The rest should not feel safe and with some, they should be on their way out. A lot of thinking ahead for the selectors and team management.

Bowling:

Al Amin: A-/B+. Out of all the negatives this year, he's been one of the few positives. He might not have the pace and aggression of an ideal pacer but can't really mind as a Bangladeshi when he gets wickets. He looks to be on his way up and needs to continue to work hard and get better.

Mashrafe: B. Despite all the injuries, he still remains one of our main threats. The longer he can play, the better our pace attack will be.

Taskin: C. He bowled some solid deliveries and proves why he's such a special talent but needs to improve his control. With time on his side, with more experience he should get better.

Gazi: D. Gazi's demise has been a lot like Nasir. A lot of us were so excited that we finally have a conventional offie after so many SLA's. Unfortunately he hasn't sustained that succeed. Needs to go back to domestics and work hard at his bowling. I still believe he can come back.

Razzak: F. It's been long overdue but it's time he calls it quits. He's just serving boundary balls at any chance he gets.

Mahmudullah: C. One of the reasons he's still in the team but like I said will it be enough?

Overall synopsis: Surprisingly, our pace attack is one of our most sure thing. I can confidently say that all 4 pacers will likely make the trip to Australia which is great news. Spinners on the other hand, it's time Gazi and Razzak are dropped and other spinners get chances. Riyad's bowling has been decent but with Shakib coming back his bowling role will be diminished.

I am grading the gradings

Tiger444: A-. Very detailed analysis and without any bias. the grader seems to be very fair and extremely knowledgeable
Roman bhaiya: B. To the point and brief. but readers wants more details. Anamul B and Tamim C also confused few readers
T_E bhaiya: B-. Took the initiative to grade. Invented own grade of FF. Cricket coaching staff comparison with American sports is not relevant due to very different sporting culture, management, and game infrastructure.

*keu mind khayen na abar. I am giving myself D.

Not really. I watch NBA and NFL playoffs and keep slightly updated on latest happenings and that's about it. No clue about college level. Couldn't care less about baseball. So none of them even comes close to my dedication to cricket for the past 18 years.

But I think cricket and American sports are not really comparable. They are vastly different in terms of culture and management.

7. Mrs. Mehjabeen: F
