I kind of agree with Dihan. Although I am really not aware of the problem (havenít read his other posts)

Even though I donít agree with Dj, I believe in his right of expressing his opinion. After all this is a forum or am I wrong?

I am also feeling the same way for a long time. Just yesterday DJ opened a same kind of thread which was nothing but a schoolboy joke to me. I think he deserved a warning.

Because the article was posted as a parody to make fun of the anti-Indian propaganda sentiment that has been making its rounds, and not as a view on Ashraful or cricket.

I wrote a letter requesting to change the title, although it now seems to be a non-issue considering the low reputation of rediff.com.

I agree with DJ, but he shouldn't bother posting it on this forum. Rather, he should deal with it himself.

I also agree that DJ is doing this mainly to provoke other members. All other members who like to provoke negativity should refrain!

Why not? If it bothers some of us, there is no harm in trying. Perhaps they will realise their mistake, change the title to something more appropriate, and never make teh same mistake again.

Again, I think it was a waste of time as rediff.com is pretty sucky, and not worth the effort. If it was on something like cricinfo or something more reputable, then it would have been worth it. I guess I disn't know much about rediff.com at teh time I sent the complaint.

rediff is huge man

I still don't get why it would bother some of you or it's not appropriate. I didn't read the whole thread.. but weird. Maybe the guy is a yankee fan!! "Bomber" is inappropriate.. LOL. Ashraful isn't terrorist man but he does cause terror though...hmmm

I think "bomber" is used in a positive sence.
Like "tiger"...

Let us not provoke ill-feelings just for nothing.
Performace speaks of itself ...I didn't see anything wrong with that article.
