So has anyone been watching? What are you thoughts on the new format? BS or here to stay?

I have never really liked T-20 (specially international T-20), so I will not be a fan of T-10. Next thing might be a T-5 matches and people will say its good because it takes less time.

Why bother with the super over? Just have the toss and decide.

Even better, lets not have a cricket game at all.

Even this is the future of our beautiful game, then I am out.

ODI, Test and traditional T20s are still the way to go. We can keep T10 and T5s in videogames.

I don't even like T20, so I can't imagine I will ever like T10. It's cricket for those who don't like cricket.
From batting point of view, I enjoy seeing a batsman build his innings. I enjoy seeing him take on the pressure of dot balls and not panic. I can't imagine I will ever see that in T10.

From bowling point of view, there's absolutely nothing there. No point in getting wickets. Dot balls won't matter. No way to build pressure.

With that said, if T10 is here to stay, I would like to see the following rules:

1) Limit batters to 7. Designated bowlers don't get to bat. Have 1 all-rounder, who can bat (and will increase the value of having an all-rounder)
2) No powerplays (absolutely ridiculous to have it in T10 game).
3) No restrictions on number of overs a bowler can bowl. Instead, leave the decision entirely upto the captain. If he's got a guy like Amir, he should have the option to let him go for 10 straight overs. Or use any combo of 2, 3, 4, etc. This will maybe lead to some semblance of a bat/ball game.

Jangiya league, most cricket fans including Indians aren't even aware of it's existence.

So far no T-20 lovers (die-hard) BC fans have posted in this thread. I know who you guys are. We had some good discussions in the past (for and against). Too me it is still Tamasha league no skills needed. All hand-eye co-ordination. Baseball swings - jodi laigga jai. Foot work gushti kilai. AND "this is how we will play in test as well" lesson. Negative still far greater than the positive Bowling improvement in ODI.

17 years, and we can't find a 45 average player in test.

Those who love T-20, automatically should fall in love with T10.

I do not think T10 has anything to provide, it is too short, find a middle ground, may be T16 would be a better version, having 2 PP overs during start and 2 at finish

4-5 bowlers, 1 Keeper and 4-5 batsmen - anything below this number will become a laughing stock and will not be worth for spectators to go to field and pay to watch such madness.
