^^ Exactly! I don't think the current situation is fair on Liton either, who is more of a top order specialist batsman. He needs to focus on his batting and work out his kinks.

this i agree with 100%. In T20. wickets are cheap. in ODI's wickets are a bit more costly. in Tests, wickets are deadly and more often than not(unless you are a BD Batsmen) Wickets are Hard Earned through skill, and field placement tactics. for Tests, Nurul Hasan should be an auto choice. Litton keeping is o.k. nothing great but needs more work.

So, if Mushfiq is forced to give away his gloves again next Test series, to focus on batting, we will again have a part time keeper to keep for us.
It must be Haturu's fault. He must be keeping our new wks out of the national team.

Ops .... Sorry... Haturu is no longer with the team.

^^ Sarcasm aside, you do hit the point home - our current selection panel lack independent thinking process, they are still following the script that was left behind by Hathu. I miss Faruque ....

I'm actually a fan of Nurul Hasan. His keeping skills are phenomenal. In the bpl, he actually didn't get enough bat time, and that's true for the most part of his bpl career. I think he's unfortunate with the bat or unlucky. The limited batting we saw of him in the bpl, he came in and scored a couple of 6s. He also did well in that New Zealand tour. He should be in the limited overs side. Look at Mark Boucher. He was an excellent keeper, yet wasn't exceptional with the bat. If we include Nurul in the side, we will increase our win chances to about 10-15% I think. If you have Fizz bowling, it makes sense to have Nurul.
