One day by hook n crook you have to accept the fact you are GOD. The more you delay, the more you deny, the more you act all holy and sh-- in "false modesty" thinking it is quote unquote blasphemy, the more you will suffer.

Hatred is a learned behavior.

Just posted on FB:

Quote:
A life lesson that I understood first hand (post-flotation therapy) that Tony Robbins and others kept saying is the fact: Life happens for me, and not to me.

But the way God works his magic is absolutely brilliant and nothing short of a miracle.

For instance you might think that guy who cut you off in traffic with sharp turn is a total d--.. lol, but in reality "Universe" via him could've cut you off from taking some flight that may crash or a possible unsavory meeting.

This is why it is important to realize that "good" or "bad" simply doesn't exist. The right dosage at the right time is exactly what is needed which may either be "good" or "bad".

And that ain't the weed talkin' ladies and genl'men.

Everyone in this world is born bouncing baby of Light and Spirit. But then something goes haywire along the line. As a kid, suppose they want a toy or a comic book and frustrated parent doing 10 hours of work barks "poishaa gase dhore naa?" "Cheletar baynar ar shesh nai..." or say a kid believes she can fly and parents shut her down because THEY don't believe that. Parents sometimes in Western countries taker her to psychiatrist thinking she must have schizophrenia.

As a result, the child becomes increasingly disillusioned and frustrated in life. As she grows up her subconscious will find ALL AND EVERY means to justify her p[perception that this is a cruel cold world and you cannot always get what you want. That you must work HARD towards your goal./ That you need EFFORT.

Of course these are all bullshit beliefs.

But subconscious and RAS (reticular activating system) will seek out and sort out belief that justifies her perception, She will grow up to a be a 'scientist' or engage in heavily skepticism (read : cynicism) laden academia.

There is nothing wrong with analytical or critical thinking. But when it becomes rampant and you are doubtful of everything except your won doubts and don't put your OWN assumptions,. axioms and beliefs to stand..

...then that is a problem.

Since a child was hurt in the past growing up she will always harbor those type of feelings how bitter, cold the world is. She will grow up to be a skeptic and at every waking turn of events look for those justifications to justify her beliefs.

But it is only her pain.

These needs to be resolved before one spread one's negativity around. You don't take a garbage bag and dump in the middle of a party, so why do you take your cynical attitude in a gathering?

There is that stupid quote about how pessimists think of the parachute. I don't think that is a fair description of a pessimist. Pessimists are never solution oriented. Always seeks for problem/ Always bitter and cynical and looks for problems even when there aren't and will always doubt. these are the people who are NOT Roger Bannister or Edmund do Hillary or people who walked on moon.

Cynicism never helped anyone or anything and is extremely acerbic and unhealthy and a form of mental illness stemming from unresolved issues.

Think of Google. If you plug in why it is impossible to walk on water, sure enough you will land in skepdic.com or Michael Shermer and ilk's pages and what not. If you plug in why people can walk on water, you will find spiritual pages or some Hindu yogis anecdotal tale or Jesus or people brainwashed by Christ love saying that one is made of energy and yadda yadda and spiritual alchemy or transmutation and what not...

Point being, you will get what you will see int he world. RAS

All children are born as burst of positive rays of sunshine with brimming and limitless hope of energy. Its only the societal conditioning, trauma, negative upbringing that pounds, and grinds down that ting called HOPE with the caustic bitter stern tone of a parent, authority or Church or Islamic clerics "You musn think like that!!!!!!!!" or a rather less positive "You cannot always get what you want!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So shut up!!!!!" and thus the child is hurt.

To counter it, a child can become manipulative and play the 'goody goody' white knight or white saint or "daddy's sweet little girl" or 'boy' to conform to their wishes, needs or demands so as to cajole them to give them what they want.

Or the grow up to uber-aholes like me who questions everything with a dark side or brash, aggressiveness where his or my frustrations are channeled in form of rage, rant and anger.

Both are destructive and unhealthily in my pinon. Both needs to be addressed. Both are polar extremes. Both are form of mental illness.

I also like how in our culture we normalize parents telling little kids "ami tore khun koira falabo [expletives]" and pretend child is to fault and blame and must feel guilty after all we manipulatively control them by saying 'baba Mayer payer niche behest'...

No wonder region where there is conservative parenting either from third world countries and Midwest they end up breeding Chris Kyle and terrorists.

If you can't be loving parents you got no business in breeding. Fix yourself first instead of spreading hate around.

Buddhists monks at least got THAT right.

Reminds me of Syed Shamsul Haque's poem where the Razakar dad selling his daughter says his daughter is possessed by jinns.

Biggest Razakar resides within.
