I can understand why he has pursued with Walsh as head coach as Sujon can’t handle the stress. TBH it’s difficult to find a good coach atm for Bangladesh.

We do need someone in the next month maximum to rebuild our team for the World Cup.

Let’s not forget he did get us Haturi, and that kind of made me change my impression on Papon.

Missed the second half and thank god that I missed it. It was embarrassing, no where near that target. Not sure how we gonna bounce back after this defeat

Man, blames are flying left, right. And center.

Keep it calm boys.

It's only a game.

Next two matches will be more successful than this one.

Can someone explain the hype behind Mosaddek, guy is another domestic bully, where is his "brain of a 40 yr old"

Yep, I also believe next 2 matches we'll be better. We'll lose by smaller margins.

Domestic bully?

He averages 20 with a strike rate of under 110 in domestic cricket

He should be in the team because of his bowling and if he's to bat, he should bat top order vs Afghanistan Attack

Hopefully there will be better utilization of the spinner in the next match.

Shakib's 4 overs were economical.
And Mosaddek and Mamadulla were also.

Mamadulla was the inning changer, after that he was not fully utlized.

I hope Shakib is cognizant of this or else it'll be the same result

Not a single good ball got wicket of BD batsmen. They all threw their wickets playing wild shots. What were Tamim, Shakib, Mushy thinking before playing such shots ? Sabbir as usual clueless. That googly was pitched in the middle of the pitch yet he did not pick it up.

and the less we talk about Shakib's captaincy and bd bowling the better. That pitch was tailor made for spinner and slow bowlers yet we opted for 3 quicks and asked to bowled them when Afgan batters were struggling against Mosaddek and Riyad.

How on earth a captain can say, "people would have blamed me if I had given the ball to Riyad/Mosaddek and they conceded runs" !! Arey beta, oder diye koraili matro 1 over, run to dey nai ulta wicket paise, dui jon ke arekta over diye dekhti na mair khay kina. emon na rubel, abul ra prothome onek bhalo bowling korche. Bujhi na, eto din khelar poro keno ei rokom kore. Kon bible e lekha ache, leftie ke leftie bowl korte parbe na, part time bowler break through aine deyar por ar bowl korte deya jabe na !!!

Batting was a bit sh!t. No one seemed to be in the mood to stay out in the middle for too long. Stage fright!! What gives ???

Anyway I hope they will get used to the conditions and perform better across the upcoming games.

Cheers,
Siraj

Can't believe we are going to lose 3-0. I apologise to Afghanistan for underestimating them

Bangladesh looked as nervous as Barnaby Joyce in that 15K interview.

well said. Mosaddek is a genuine talent but not for T20.

a juicy Spinning pitch and yet Mehedi is not playing then why was he selected in the first place?

Abu Jayed and Abul Hasan are both very similar bowlers why pick both? Spinners pitch and yet we picked three seamers.

Not sure if they were singing it ("Oporadhi") after the game or b4 the game:

First time I heard it when this girl did a cover and it went viral over social media:

They sang it while waiting for the practice match to start.

Anyway terrible shameful defeat. The ladies are doing better in Malay.

They were clinical and had a 7 wicket win over Pak in Asia Cup same day, the only silver lining
