No Problema.... there are plenty of solutions...

Solution-1: Just don't do it. How? Don't eat anything solid. Plus you can take couple of Diaria medicine. That will help you

Solution-2: Take some constipation medicine. The release will be smoothe and quick and the urge to release will overcome the difficulty of leg position.

Solution-3: There are now some paid tatti-khana. They will ask you, "Sir... short or long?". Based on that you have to pay.

Solution-4: Stay in good hotel. They have better tatti-khana.

Solution-5: If you are in village. Wake-up early in the morning and perform what you have to do in open field, before people start waking up. The advantage is you can also breath fresh air, smoke a cigeratte, as well as the poops will be recycled naturally.

There may be some more.... but I am in hurry as I am righting this from Morocco.

Good Luck..... and if you need more help from us.... don't hesitate.... open a new thread.... we are here for your service.

I hope that helps.

In Bangladesh now a days we got high commodes in lots of places. Hope you will have those high commodes in ur relatives house if they live in the town. So no problem!

Perhaps you try to consume food through your anus and unload from your mouth. If you can get use to this way then neither you have to worry about balancing on your feet nor of darkness. Hope you have safe tour.

Best way is: go to Gauchiya Market and get a plastic potty.
Usually used for kids....but who cares--just think about the convenience.
No risks involved, you can do "it" even in your bedroom!!
I hope you did not super-size your fast-food meals over the years and can still fit in the little potty.

Abd, you can try the following-

1. Get a chair, make a big 'foota' where you sit and place it over the paikhana

2. Buy a big flash light and a 'beji' for protection against snakes

3. XXL diapers for on the go protection

4. No matter what, hygene is very important, so carry pocket wet wipes wherever you go. Also carry a few polythene bags if you can't do diapers.

5. If all fails, may God be with you. If you're Bangali at heart, you'll know what to do when it's time to go.
