I think its time we stop screwing around and bring back our real opening option batsmen for now, which is Nafees. I really felt that Nafees could of done good on the series. I also see the lack of wicket taking capability of our bowlers. I mean Razzak was pathetic out there. The Indian spinner really outclassed our bowlers yesterday. I mean cant our bowler fricken turn the ball? I mean its called "spin" for a reason you know. I mean If you cant even turn the ball a little then..... Anyways, I really wished SN was here on the third match and Hablu was out of the ODI and replaced with Reza. so heres my option for the perfect ODI BD team.

SN (captain)
Tamim
Mushfiq
Saqib
Ashraful (vice captain)
Aftab
Reza (or Tushar)
Mashrafe
Rafiq
Razzak (just barely survives into list Shahadat might be taking this spot soon if he doesnt learn to turn the ball)
Rasel( again beginning to show toothlessnes)

ps. Fielding needs to be attacking and innovative. I mean we were too predictable on the field. Even a child with an IQ of 100 could have done better

Mushfique has a cool head…good prospect for an opener….Nafees needs to try his luck at no. 6…if top order do well…he does not have any pressure…he is a natural stroke player…I hope he will click.
hmm, im starting to like this pro-nafees thread VERY much, hopefully he will do good inshaallah, or else i bet itd get chucked in my face!!

As I mentioned earlier, it was a close match as Mash batted great at the end but overall our bowlers were horrible and no one is doing excellent to stop them. Our few batters did not know that they are chasing such a big total, atleast their batting tells that(JO,Bashar). Thrid ODI IND will win convincinly as our batters still doing the same mistake and Mash was limping at the end!

mash's limping was due to cramps... it is nothing serious (according to DS)

Instead of playing JO who will always be a slow opener, we should definitely give SN more opportunities.

This is the current best possible lineup. As we all know that Bahsar is not going to go easily, lets hope this lineup will be implemented in coming series at least. No more Bashar or JO please. There is no meaning to shout for wins with few players playing for loosing cause.

Perfect team cricfanbd. My team exactly. About yesterdays match, was it tamims fault or JO's fault that tamim got out.another thing, I really respect mashrafee for doing what he did. I think he actually wanted to win that game and believed he could. anybody else agree with me?

Yeah, Mash showed his winning spirit...and Tamim also...for that he wanted a risky run...I don't blame him...If I were there...I should do the same thing...tried die hard before accepting the defeat...more or less every member in the BD team has this spirit...except Bashar and Golla...and the sorrowful thing is that: One is a Life time captain (who will never retire) and other one is a life time Make-shift opener...We are in a Loop.
