"I have been offered but I haven't confirmed anything. My main focus is education and I want to complete my MBA in the next one-and-a-half years," said Nafees.

he won't be playing ICL all year long. he will get chance to finish his MBA. $200000 is more that he would have earned playing for Bangladesh. don't blame him. he wasn't performing well. would have been in and out of the team. it was a easy way out for him.

I think he was right. He will earn enough playing a month/two in a year, while he can continue his education as well. Couldn't ask for more.

Anyone have a vacancy for a MBA graduate in 1.5 yrs time can target to hire him.

We shouldn't take commitment for granted. Players lose faith in themselves (whether it was a pusillanimous decision on the part of this particular bunch to quit international cricket altogether is a different debate - I personally would have liked them to be available for both) and when they do, leaving is probably the best option. At least they are not hogging their spots while their minds are elsewhere.
