captain of bangladesh
I think it would better if the bd board clect the captain Rajin salesh instead of Habibul Bashar because Rajin is a thinkful and leadership person. I think Habibul does not have those ability.

Based on what facts have you come to that conclusion?

And what makes you come to this conclusion?
If I am not wrong, both Bashar and Rajin have led club/national league and national youth team respectively. Means they are both proven to be a team captain. Bashar was chosen to be the national team captain in accordance with his long term international experience, whereas Rajin has only played 3 international serieses. Now who do you still think the better choice as a captain?

I think Sumon has sufficient qualities to be the captain... He has been the deputy and its just right that he is given captaincy now... he is a performer and he can lead by example... and also he has the experience which rajin doesnt have... We do also have to keep in mind that a senior player has to be the captain of the BD team... hajar hoileo amra bangali... boro bhai mentality emne jai na... come to think of it if Rajin was named captain over sumon I wud have felt insulted myself... sumon er kotha bhebe...

Give Rajin and Alok some time to grow. Sumon will be ready to retire by the time Rajin and Alok gets there. We will get to pick and choose (there will prolly be some more choices by that time) in a few years. Right now, Sumon is the best choice.

Rajin even hasn't got the chance to prove himself on bouncy pitches. His first experience on any sort of bouncy (we don't know how well prepared) pitches is in Namibia now.
Besides being too young and too inexperienced, these points go against him to be the captain right now.
