Grace, Humility, Confidence, Dominate, Role model
Hashim Amla!!
What a role model SA have. He just became the #1 Mr. Cricketer in most people's book.
Can we have him for a trip? He would just share his experience with our kids (school kids).
We need more Amla's in this world. Thank you sir!!

Played to save a match like a match should be played to save. Now compare that to our ten-ball heroes.

Wow! what a player and a devoted Muslim also. He had one focus, did not care if he did not score runs, just content to stay, block balls, save his wicket and score when he can. He also mentored the bowlers to stay with him. He really tried his best to save the the match for SA. Sign of a good test player. I wish that the BD batsmen have a chance to look at the video of his innings and learn from it, but Alas, the BD batsmen dont have the focus, will power, patience and concentration to stay at the crease for more than 2 hours. Blocking balls is not the way for them, does not look good in the eyes of the fans.

Just because his origin can be traced back to India? I think he is as much a saffer as any other player in that team.
And yes, he is a brilliant player. Talented, down to earth and a great temperament.

And he grew up in SA playing in bouncy pitches, not in turners.

Smith's a brillaint captain, makes mistakes now and then, but he leads by example and has grown since he was given the captaincy at the age of 22, unlike some of our modhons

The bowling lineup is not that fearsome, yet he scored a century (away) and in pace to get another one (back to back). Pure class!! - Against WI.

AMla is extremly talented & consistent.
