i used to cook mine in berkeley. try french lentils for the bhuna khichur'hi, and use chicken stock instead of h2o. seared pacific (or atlantic) salmon's a good variation on the theme.

Bhai r boilen na...kanna paitese. Khiday matha kharap hoye jache, but amar pochonder khawa nai ekhon.
I was craving some super spicy food, with rice. Last night after going home, I was delighted to see some biryani, only to find out that it was the most spiceless biryani I've ever tried, and had 0.000000000 mg of salt.

My dream of having chinese was fulfilled. Had about 30 different items. Lets list a few: Vegetable fried rice, noodles, pepper steak, general tso's chicken, seafood medley, stuffed mushroom, chicken wings, chicken fry, shrimp fry with sweet and sour sauce, egg drop soup, sauted mushroom, sauted green beans, sushi, a salad of lettuce, tomato, horseradish, onion, green pepper, cucumber, cilantro with thousand island dressing on top, piece of orange and apple, sprite...hmm cant remember all, need to start practising

I would like to pose this question- where is the best kabab i.e sheesh kabab in the whole world. Knowledgeable answers from a wide spectrum would be welcomed. Last night i had (no kidding) 15 skewers of kabab. I could not stop...

But the BEST Sheesh Kabab ive ever eaten has to be this one time I dined at my Uncle's house in Banani ... my aunty ordered these kababs from someplace ... and WOW. Till this day, I remember the scrumptiousness of the kabab, the vivid herbs that emanated a wonderful savory aroma, the seasoned juices, mixed with the raita (doi salad), melting with the perfectly cooked buttery chunks of beef ... *mouth-watering smiley*
Alas, I do not remember the name of the place she ordered them from
