Default Too much change makes imbalance

Well, there have already been lots of analysis of players selection policy during this Bangladesh-Srilankan series. Like, Alok Kapali has been recalled after being absent more than one year, Musfiqur Rahim was given the chance in replace of Alok to play in 2nd tests, Nafees Iqbal was only played in Tests rather than in ODI, Rajin Saleh has never been tried in this series nor did promising players like Manjarul, Abdur Razzak & Nazmul Hossain.
Bangladesh is now an emerging team in world cricket, and as a newest test nation their winning chances are far more lesser than loosing streak. So we should be more aware about being putting some impressive shows in every matches we play. Too much alteration can really impact this new team. So what you guys think about these experimentations done by the team before every series?
