Default Bowling averages against the big boys

There have been numerous analysis of batting average of players against the big boys and how some of our batter's averages are boasted by games against Zim/Ken/Ire. But nothing of that sort has been done with the bowlers, so I took the liberty to do so myself. Specially considering most of our big wins were due to some excellent bowling, we need to identify our best bowlers against the big boys.
Unsurprisingly, it is Shakib Al Hasan with the lowest average against the big teams, but the person coming in second is a big surprise. Have a look for yourself, this guy has developed massively as a bowler and could be/should be used as a specialist bowler in the team.

#1 Shakib Al Hassan 35.51

#2 Mystery bowler 38.33

#3 Shafiul Islam 39.12

#4 Abdur Razzak 40.47

#5 Mashrafe Mortaza 43.43

#6 Md Rafique 43.92
