bangladesh avoided total humilation of being crushed within 2 days by mercy of vaughan, who seemed to like to give his batsmen some practice. A lead of 180 was enough and the test could be finished in 1.5 days.

there were only 2 tests which finished within 2 days in 100+ years of test history. infact if england push it real hard, we may just see the next test finish in 1 day and history being made.

Nah, they need at least a day to get runs themselves.

we all know that this is a practice series for england before they take on Australia..so they are likely to take full advantage of the batting practice on offer from Bangladesh as some of their batsmen were out of form before this series. Funny how someone like Trescothick, who was struggling against county teams, comes out and trashes 194 against us. Goes to show that we have a long way to go.
