yes thanks ..........

even his Personal Improvement Theory is now failing which he was working

we cant even see personal batting milestones.

So he hasn't improved the team, he hasn't improved the Players

So good bye

Voted for "anti", as his job with us is done, and we need someone new to do the mandatory house cleaning.

I don't think changing coach will do anything much.
We need BCB & our selectors to look for more naturally skilleed talent in every corner of BD.

Atleast, few players won't get chance after chance when they fail

We should just scrap Bangladesh cricket team and start playing a new sport...something we're GOOD at, like fishing

if the players cannot sort themselves out, no coach can do anything. that being said, we should not only think about siddon's future, but review pont and fountain's performance too. pathetic performance in all departments today.

Siddons is a smarter version of our politicians. He has already gained what he needed to gain. We just suffer. His approaches have been crap from the very beginning; but you have seen time and again in BC that most of the people thought he was doing a decent job. So, at the end of the day, it is our fault.

Personally I was not even feeling comfortable about going into argument about Siddons with many of the fellow BC members. It is very much similar to the risk of criticizing Hasina-Khaleda's great works. Hopefully, this is not the end of the world. We will improve for sure.

Rock >> pretty much going with Siddons!
Zunaed>> give it 1-2 matches (if he's lucky), then gone too.

Two matches have brought to light the fragility of the batting, should have never caved in the way they did against WI and SA.
Where were the batsmen today, These performances have shown that they cannot play against quick bowlers and even spinners, so who is bowling to them in the nets?

I just can't blame Siddons for the team getting out for 58 and 74.

Yeah agree. Players' body language sucked and were never the unit that played against England/Ned/Ire. That and some brilliant bowling from saffers.

why do we always look for a scapegoat? I am pro siddons of course. He has done wonders for our team, a day or two like this doesnt mean anything. You can take a horse to the lake, but you cannot make it drink.

I am neutral on siddons, but I think changing coach might be a good idea. But, how do we guarantee that the replacement would be better than siddons...
