I think getting thrashed 5-0 would not have helped us either. Let us enjoy the honeymoon period for now before "shongshar" starts in the world cup

Don't worry. We would have sucked at the World Cup either way. So no sweat.

The real reason everyone is upset is because he stayed not out.
How selfish of him

I still think Mushfiq should bat at 4 being the teams best batsman.
I think there is this fear of pushing Mushfiq up and being susceptible to collapses which is is what happened today. Perhaps they think Mushfiq bats at 6, they can rescue the team in the event of quick wickets. But if Riyad bats as well as he did today, he should do fine at 6.

So frustrating to see that a batsman that was set for such a long time, could not pick up the speed, even more so that there was a century for the taking for him but alas.....

Riad does good against minnows. Against every other side he is a walking wicket.

Riyad's average is a 29 against G8 teams which is right up there with his 31. And no it's not only because of the not outs. He scored 50s against Australia, India, Pakistan and the WI

^ an average of 29 is ordinary.
and scoring 50s for a no. 4/6 won't cut it. he has 9 50s in 109 matches. that's 100 matches without any 50s

that cz when he bats at number 7 or 8 he had only 20 to 30 ball to play

Agreed it's not that good but compared to our other best players, he's still up there. Tamim has an average of a 29, Shakib a 30 and Mushy a 27.
Agreed though that he hasn't scored enough 50s for the amount of matches he played. Hope he can improve in that area. Today was definitely a good start

Haturi DA has done some rearranging and so far its working out. He's a capable bat problem in the past has been his role what is he bowler or batsmen haturi DA clearly sees him as a bat and pushed him up the order and backed him and so far its worked. Riyad needs focus on batting and chipping in with 5 overs, 10 on his good day like in 1st odi.

Surprised that he got MoM. I would have given to his Bhaira, Rahim. His innings was more imposing and meaningful, while Riyad's innings was more supporting (first Rahim and them Mashrafee).

To me still Mushy is better than Riyad at #4. Mr Hammer is trying Riyad at #4 is an interesting idea to me.
#6 does not suit well to Riyad. So
Mushy is playing there. For Riyads batting style #4 is better for him than #6 but Mushy is always better than Riyad at #4.
To me Mr Hammer probably wants Riyad to bat at #3 so #4 is just a transit for Riyad. If Riyad can take up #3 then here comes my dream batting line up:
1.Tamim
2.Anamul
3.Riyad
4.Mushy
5.Shakib
6.Nasir
7.Sabbir
8.Abul

Oh please.
Dravid never bowled and got wickets on a regular basis like Riyad..
