Default Aus-Pak at Dubai

Game 1: April 22, 2009.
I'll be damnned. Afridi got a six wicket haul. Australia all out 168. A fifty partnership at the ninth wicket has saved some faces.

Pakistan chasing fine.

Pakistan are actually playing at home if you take into account the 12 thousand Pakistani crowd that turnd up to see the game. Younis looks uncomfortable at the crease and their opener Jamshed is injured but I expect Pakistan to win this by 6 wickets .

You gotta feel sory for the pakis. They played really well given the fact they get less matches these days than even Bangladesh.

Australia paid the price of pitch switch. Coming straight from the bouncy tracks of SA into the tailored made sub-continent type spinning pitch of Dubai probably what cost them the match.

Those new kids of Aus looked absolutely clueless against the spin of Afridi.

inbetween 28 runs they lost 8 wickets. That is how a mega collapse. Serves them right for not sending their actual team. Clarke is having a nice streak captaining. Started with 5 -0 (2 against WI, and 3 against BD) now 0 - 2 (1 against NZ and now 1 against Pak).

i see that druggie akhtar finished wicketless and went at almost 6 an over..

My prediction, aussies will thrash pakis 4-1

If it wasn't for this IPL shenanigan, we could have arranged a tri-series with Aus and Pak and our players would have got better practise. Freakin SRK and his goons....someone better get sued over this if Mash doesn't get his money.

Please ...this victim mentality is childish at best !! So when Mash gets his money (which he will ..its the media) will BCCI/IPL will become the biggest benefactor of BCB ?

BCB till date has benefitted from BCCI the most ..so there is no point calling them harami ...as BCB would be the same or worse for repeaing the benefits !!

I am no fan of BCCI in general but this name calling is stupid especially when BCB and other boards benifit from its actions.

Another Pakistani bites the dust. These guys are incorrigible. My goodness. At least they will go down in history as bad boys of cricket. And us? S_m_h.... merely as Heineken guzzling flounders. S-M_h.

Pakis are different. They are the West Indies of the sub-continent.

if it really is the media, i apologize. but if mash really has been treated differently than say a KP, then the harami comment stands.

i know BCB would do the same thing, but if they did i'd except their harimi-ness and wouldn't call out ppl for telling it how it is.

Been a decent series so far, hope the pitch in AD is not as sluggish.

I nominate Shoib Malik as POM

"Pooper of the Match"

This mendi-canto now officially has the putu-putu title. What an a$$. I demand to see him in the next match, wearing one of those neon green, faggy punjabi loongi and "khan-khan chudia". I've heard of dip in form, never heard of a sex-change for a top level batsman.

Can Aussies turn it into a nightmare for Pakis, hold on. It may change into a close finish.

43.6 Laughlin to Kamran Akmal, 1 run, chance! Akmal jams out a reverse swinging yorker on the full to the off side and the fielder has a shy at the stumps from cover point, a direct hit by Clarke may have sent Akmal back

Tell me about nervous nineties.

Akmal gets his fifth ODI hundred, surprisingly this guy has much better average in test.
