McInnes Takes Australia Womens Head Coaching Position
Ghada Board of ours he knew how Incompetent these selectors are probably wanted selection power, because it be obvious he wouldn't have allowed a squad like that get selected for the series. Bums didn't even give him an offer because he didn't fit their requirements and insulted him with an Assistant Coaching position.
Good Luck to the Coach on his Future endeavors with Aussie Womens Team

The man was always my first choice. We should look to hire him in 2010.

Our idiocy is their gain, and their gain is our loss.
Best of luck to the Observer. I hope to see you leading us into the WC2011 ...

Our boys are probably softer than those Ausie girls.
So they are ready for the toughness, we aren't !!

With fans ready to blame everything on the coach, I think McInnes is better off staying away from Bangladesh.

Eitao Extreme Pro JS comment hoilo na? We didnt blame it all on DW or McCines or Shawn and their likes, in the past. Many coaches have left with proper respect and appreciation from different levels of coaching.
JS is not every coach I guess, just a coach. Some people are really taking it to the level of worshiping individuals. For no understandable/uncited reasons.

McInness - "Individual improvement" all the way! He built "X, Y, Z". We failed to make the Super 8 of U-19 World Cup under him, despite being the host nation. Doesn't matter. Made a non-performing nobody captain of the team for U19 World Cup, so what?
Siddons - "Individual improvement" is worthless. So what if he helped improve "X, Y, Z"? Where are the team results? Conspires against Mash because he wants the captain to be "Yes man".
The point is, if you guys couldn't like Siddons, then there's no way you could or should like McInness.

Plate trophy? We achieved that in 1998 South Africa U19 WC. Making the super 8 for the first time ever was supposed to be "the big deal", and we failed at that despite having advantage of home condition.

Have to agree with Spitty. Our U/19 team did not deliver up to their potential under McInnes. He ignored talents like Zunaed and Mehrab, and brought in bellow per players like Ashiqur and Rubayet (who are nowhere to be found nowadays). Even Tamim got his chance after McInnes left.
Also, players such as SN and Nazim grew up with their faulty techniques under him.
