All that is needed now is that they select 21 good players for the World cup, and let the new coaches work diligently with these boys after Eid. With the new coaching staff starting in September, there is still ample time for improvement, fielding and bowling should be about 15% better when the world cup starts. If Tamim can curb his impatience and play sensibly, then he will be the one to give BD a good foundation.

Looks like the new fielding coach has started to work hard with the squad, slip fielding is their No 1 weakness. If they can field like the SL and Kiwi fielders in a few months, then that will be a plus, for saving runs, taking catches win matches. The best fielding I have seen was in the 2007 WC matches against India and SA and they won these 2 matches.

I disagree. I think our slip fielding is good and we have a good trio (not that we ever have 3 slips in). I have seen Jahurul take a stunning catch live at Old Trafford as well as see Kayes take 2 in 2 at Derby. And Junaid is the best fielder we have. The main problem is the wicketkeeping and the fielding in the rest of the field.
